1.3 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase any alcoholic beverage from SBC Liquors. You represent and warrant that (i) you are at least 21 years of age, (ii) any information you submit to the Website is accurate and truthful, and (iii) you shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the purchase, shipment, and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
2. ELIGIBILITY & AGE VERIFICATION
2.1 Age Gate
Upon entering our Website, you will be prompted to confirm that you are over the age of 21. If you do not confirm this, you will be blocked from proceeding further.
2.2 Adult Signature
All deliveries are shipped with an “Adult Signature Required.” This means that upon delivery, the carrier will require a valid government-issued photo ID confirming that the person receiving the package is at least 21 years of age. The Company is not liable if, at the time of delivery, no eligible individual is present to sign.
2.3 Legal Compliance
You agree to comply with all state, federal, and local laws regarding the purchase, shipment, and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
3. PRODUCT LISTINGS & DESCRIPTIONS
3.1 Listing Accuracy & Disclaimers
We make every effort to accurately list products. However, all images, photographs, and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. Bottle designs, labels, packaging, and vintages may change without notice. Typographical or human errors may occur.
3.2 No Guarantee of Exact Match
We do not guarantee that any product image precisely matches the delivered item. By purchasing, you accept that images are representative only.
3.3 Mislabeled or Mis-shipped Items
If an incorrect product is shipped due to our error, we will arrange return pickup at our cost provided the item is unopened and unused. Upon successful return, a full refund will be issued. We are not obligated to ship higher-priced items due to listing errors.
4. ORDERING & SHIPPING
4.1 Shipping Locations
We primarily ship within the State of California. You are responsible for ensuring alcohol delivery is legal in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for seized or confiscated shipments.
4.2 Title & Responsibility
Title and ownership of alcohol pass to you in California. By arranging transportation, the Company acts on your behalf. You assume responsibility for legal compliance.
4.3 Delivery Times & Delays
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4.4 Damaged Shipments
You must record a clear unboxing video to document damage. Failure to provide video evidence may disqualify refund or replacement eligibility.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
5.1 All Sales Are Final
All sales are final except as expressly stated in these Terms.
5.2 Refunds for Mis-shipped Products
Incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds are issued after return of unopened products.
5.3 Refunds for Damaged Products
Refunds or replacements are provided only if valid video evidence confirms transit damage.
5.4 No Refunds for Customer Error
No refunds for incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, or dissatisfaction with taste.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
6.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBC Liquors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
6.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
All products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Alameda County, California. Jury trials and class actions are waived.
7.3 Class Action Waiver
Disputes must be resolved on an individual basis only.

The Company may seek injunctive relief to prevent irreparable harm.
8. PROHIBITION ON RESALE

Products are for personal consumption only and may not be resold. Violations may result in order cancellation and account termination without refund.
